Our Start-to-Finish Services

Feasibility Review.
We provide a report and a rough plan showing what’s possible for your property. We specifically address the key determining factors in what ADU is feasible: local regulations and utility issues. We will also let you know all the costs (not just factory manufacturing) in order to install the ADU on your site.

Plans & Permits.
We’ll work with local offices to determine what plans and reports are required for your property. Plans vary by location and type of property and we can provide whatever is necessary. We’ll also secure your building permit and help you place your ADU order..

Mobilization & Construction.
We act as the local representative to the manufacturing factory building your ADU. We coordinate every step and provide all the services required to prep your site, build the foundation, and prepare utilities to receive your ADU. We work with the factory to track your order, arrange shipping, crane services, and installation.

Customizing & Finishing.
We’ll help you select the model, the finishes and fixtures for your ADU, reviewing every detail of your order to make your ADU suit you perfectly. Want something the factory doesn’t offer? Let us know how we can customize it for you. We can help you match your ADU to your existing home, add design features, decks and other features to make your ADU unique, tailor it to your needs, and add value to your property.
